Due to the hybrid nature of the conference all posters
will be uploaded to the conference repository to make
sure that both in-person and remote participants have access
to them during the conference. Link to the on-line poster
session will be sent before the start of the first poster
session and will remain active throughout the conference.
To further facilitate the exchange of results and ideas,
please clearly indicate the preferred avenue of
communication in your presentation (e.g. phone number or
e-mail in top right corner of the poster) and try to be
available around the time when your work is on display.
Posters should be in A0 size and PDF format. The
uploaded file name should start with “PosterNoXXXX”, where
“XXXX” represents the paper number as allocated by the NENE
database (also visible in Preliminary
Program of the 29th International Conference).
We kindly ask remote participants with poster
presentations to upload posters by September 2, 2020
to make sure we can print them in time for display during
the conference.
In-person participants with poster presentations should upload posters by September 5, 2020 and bring printed posters to the conference. Printed posters should fit within 95 cm (width) x 110 cm (height).
Links for file posters (and slides) uploads were distributed via e-mail.
