This prices are valid for a minimum of 3 nights, bookings before 31.7.2020 are eligiable for 5 % discount. Prices are valid for one person per room per night and include: Overnight with breakfast, wireless internet in room, use of hotel swimming pools, parking space (upon availability), VAT. The rate does not include tourist tax (2,50 € per adult per day) and admission fee 1 € per person / first night.

Location

The conference will take place in Grand Hotel Bernardin located by the sea between Portorož and Piran.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 0 % of the reservation value is charged.
In case of cancellation 3-0 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the reservation value is charged.
For COVID-19 related cancellations (closed borders, cancelled flights, etc.), no cancellation fee is aplicable.

Deposit payment:
If the reservation was guaranteed with a deposit payment, the hotel will return the amount of the paid deposit reduced by 10% (administrative costs).
In case of late cancellation or "no-show" the hotel reserves the right to keep the paid deposit or, in case of guarantee by credit card, the right to charge the given card for the amount of the whole stay.
